Purchasing, Inventory and Manufacturing Operations

AppSheet screens connect purchase orders, product stock, raw inventory, manufacturing tasks and fitting or packing stages.

The workflow challenge

What the application was designed to address.

Manufacturing teams need related records for materials, orders, purchase receipts and production status to avoid disconnected manual trackers.

  • Operational home with Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Product Stock and Master BOM sections
  • Purchase Order, pending purchase, partial/full purchase and receipt-processing screens
  • Manufacturing task views including fitting, packing and status-based lists

How the process flows

A structured route from input to a useful operating view.

The sequence is based on documented screens and workflow labels; the source materials do not substantiate production metrics.

Implementation context

What the screenshots show and what remains unverified.

The exported AppSheet report shows a non-deployable configuration flag. Menu labels for OCR are not proof of functioning OCR extraction; no production performance metrics are claimed.

Manufacturing workflow questions

Validate how records move between stages

Purchasing, stock and production views are most useful when quantities and responsibilities remain consistent.

How are materials connected to products?

Confirm your product master, BOM structure, units of measure, substitutions and rules for recording changes.

When does inventory update?

Specify whether receiving, fitting, packing or dispatch changes stock, and how partial purchases and returns should be handled.

Is OCR already running?

The documented application shows OCR-labelled menus but does not establish live extraction. Any OCR service needs a separate accuracy, exception-handling and integration test.

Bring a sample BOM, purchase order, receipt and a record of one complete production cycle.
