Information we collect

DATA OVEN collects information that you choose to submit through project discovery forms, direct email, meeting bookings, requested automation tests and AI conversations. This may include your name, business email, phone number, company, country, role, project requirements, current tools, preferred communication method and documents you deliberately upload.

• Technical information needed for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics, such as IP-derived security hashes, browser information, timestamps and request logs.
• Browser-local records created inside Experience Case Studies. These demonstration records remain on your device unless you explicitly request a backend automation or AI operation.
• Project drafts saved locally in your browser. Personal contact fields are excluded from the saved draft.

How information is used

Information is used only for legitimate business purposes connected to your request or an active service engagement.

• Assessing and responding to enquiries.
• Preparing discovery conversations, proposals and project scopes.
• Operating requested AI, document-processing or automation tests.
• Maintaining security, rate limits, audit records and service reliability.
• Meeting legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

AI and external processors

When an AI-labelled feature is used, submitted content may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate the requested response or extraction. Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, confidential third-party information, health records or other sensitive personal data unless a written project agreement expressly permits it. Email delivery, meeting scheduling, hosting, security verification and AI processing may involve specialist service providers acting on DATA OVEN instructions.

Storage and retention

Uploaded enquiry files must be stored outside the public web directory. Project and communication records are retained only as long as reasonably required for enquiry handling, delivery, security, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Browser-local demonstration data can be removed using the relevant reset or delete action. Clearing a local AI conversation removes the browser copy; requests already processed by the server may remain in controlled operational records until the applicable retention period expires.

Security and international processing

DATA OVEN uses access controls, encrypted transport, request verification, private file storage, rate limiting and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in India or in other countries where approved infrastructure providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by DATA OVEN, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. Send privacy requests to shubham@dataoven.com. You may also choose direct email instead of the guided form and may avoid the AI Advisor entirely.

This policy may change when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
