Website purpose

This website describes DATA OVEN capabilities and provides ways to request project discovery. Website content is general information and does not create a service commitment, warranty, partnership or binding quotation. A project begins only under an accepted proposal, statement of work or other written agreement.

Demonstrations and AI features

Experience Case Studies use dummy data or sanitized recreations and are provided for evaluation. They are not client production systems. Browser support, third-party APIs, camera access, email delivery and AI output may vary. AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its security or availability.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, credential attacks, automated abuse or rate-limit evasion.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material or data you do not have authority to share.
• Do not use demonstrations to send unsolicited email or process sensitive third-party information.
• Do not copy, resell or falsely represent DATA OVEN content, branding or demonstrations.

Intellectual property

DATA OVEN branding, website design, software demonstrations, written content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client ownership, licensing, reusable components, third-party software and handover rights are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may involve independent providers such as Google Calendar, hosting, email, AI or automation platforms. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers. DATA OVEN is not responsible for third-party services outside the agreed project responsibility.

Service limitations

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DATA OVEN does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all content will remain error-free. Liability, warranties, indemnities, governing law and dispute procedures for paid work are defined in the signed agreement and prevail over this general website notice.
